New showroom in the heart of the kitchen industry: cube30 has its first exhibitor
A representation with attractive architecture near area30
The reaction to the in-house and specialist trade fairs for the kitchen industry in East Westphalia has been so sustainable and formidable that this large space has since evolved into one of the key trade fair venues in Europe. The Küchenmeile A30 community describes it as “the world’s largest specialist kitchen trade fair for retail and industry professionals”. Right in the centre of this, with a direct link to area30, the significant kitchen ordering trade fair, the new representation “cube30” will open in 2018. The first exhibitor, the Austrian company Walden – an exclusive provider of kitchens and bedrooms, will soon be moving in.
Each year in September, around 220 providers exhibit their designs for the kitchen planning cycle on approx. 55,000 sqm of exhibition space at 32 locations. area30 is the focal point of this ordering event. With its current 9,950 sqm of exhibition space, around 130 exhibitors and brands presented and over 12,000 registered trade visitors, area30 is a central location for kitchen-related business.
With its excellent infrastructure links to the main Berlin-Amsterdam axis, area30 is situated right next to motorway 30, junction 30. Hannover and Düsseldorf airports are under 2 hours away – train, taxi and local transport makes the transfer very quick.
The demand for a presence in the heart of the German kitchen industry continues to grow – above all from premium providers based further afield from this important core region. From this year, the area30 trendfairs organisers are putting themselves in prime position to superbly serve this growing interest: with “cube30” – the new annex with attractive architecture.
cube30 is a modern showroom complex in the most frequented location during the kitchen fairs held in the autumn. cube30 is located directly by the entrance to area30: just 60 metres separate the two future centres. With its 2,500 parking spaces, a footbridge, an identical online and on-site check-in, information board and other features, including a dedicated range of services on offer throughout the year, this representation makes it easy to plan a visit at any time.
Inside this ground-level, architecturally well-designed building, there is space for four to six guest companies. These showrooms can be used both as a continuous open space – such as for trade fairs – and self-sufficiently, for example, for training and/or consultancy events. Supply facilities as well as joint seminar and catering spaces are provided by the trendfairs providers.
The new premium location opens for the first time in September 2018. The first brand manufacturers with a focus on kitchens made from original materials and authentic production is Walden GmbH from Pram in Upper Austria:
“area30 is one of the hotspots of the kitchen industry. With cube30, we can now reach a key specialist audience at this central, established location outside of trade fair periods as well. The concept is also innovative and first-class. The Walden brand will certainly benefit from this – from the setting as well as from the footfall and good accessibility. We are therefore planning events and training throughout the year in Löhne, too – and want to bring the brand to life here.” said Stefan Radinger, designer for Walden.
