As things stand, the twelfth edition of area30 from 16 to 21 September 2023 could top the previous successful event. In addition to several newcomers, almost all exhibitors from 2022 will be returning to Löhne in the heart of the German kitchen industry. The expected 140 brands and companies will attract interested parties from around 50 countries - highlights such as the planned outdoor presentation and the perfect blend of all the services offered around the B2B event will place area30 at the centre of Küchenmeile A30, the in-house exhibitions and other trade fair centres as well as MOW.
Since its premiere in 2011, area30 - a trade and order fair for kitchen studios, the kitchen retail trade, trade groups, the wholesale trade as well as project planners and architects - has been a magnet in the autumn trade fair landscape for everything to do with kitchens and furnishing. "Last year clearly showed how important trade fairs are for the industry. The mood was extremely positive, visitors and exhibitors enjoyed the lively trade fair events. The area30 was a great success and a great motivation for everyone involved," Kevin Göbel, Managing Director and shareholder of Systemceram, sums up, looking back on the 2022 event.
Industry leaders with established brands and innovative newcomers with smart business ideas meet the who's who of the European kitchen trade here in East Westphalia year after year. The pull exerted by important brands and market players is almost impossible to resist, and visitor demand and media interest are correspondingly high. Because: "area30 is a special fair! All the important partners from the kitchen industry are represented," says Yasin Karatas, Key Account Manager Clean Water Building Technologies at Rehau Industries.
The well thought-out concept of area30 is a guarantee for success. This is underlined by Lasse Naber, Managing Director of Naber: "area30 is clearly a must for us - it is the industry's leading trade fair. For Naber, it is the ideal stage to present our products to the trade audience...." This includes the wonderfully relaxing feel-good atmosphere despite aggressive communication and sometimes intensively conducted business negotiations, the numerous services even before the fair begins, the friendly support thanks to good-humoured, motivated staff or the shuttle services and, of course, the impressive presentations by the exhibitors plus the comprehensive supporting program. "We are on site with a large team and used the event for a successful order and for networking," confirms Managing Director Daniel Hörnes of Quooker Germany and emphasises: "For us, it is absolutely unmissable every year and we are already looking forward to the start in 2023!"
The twelfth edition of area30 will shine with live cooking, another 'hot' exhibitor evening and the second 'cool' outdoor presentation after 2022, numerous tours of the fair for media representatives and interested visitors, exciting blog and live-recorded video contributions, which will captivate its fans worldwide with in-depth contributions and innovative product presentations far beyond the end of the trade fair.
Ernst-Martin Schaible from Kreis says: "The area30 in East Westphalia (with the surrounding in-house fairs) is the most important platform for the kitchen industry to present new services and products to an interested trade audience. (...) We appreciate the consistently positive mood at area30 and the consistently good frequency of trade visitors. DER KREIS is therefore looking forward to being there again."
The current booking status is convincing in any case: area30 in autumn 2023 will be super and has the best chances of topping last year's surprisingly well-received event - from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective. The team of organiser Trendfairs GmbH is doing everything in its power to ensure that the coming area30 will be an unforgettable experience and the ideal platform for customer acquisition and bonding, successful orders, presentation of new products and personal exchange, networking.
