area30 2018 was a complete success for Samsung household appliances and exceeded our expectations. As a trade fair hotspot for the kitchen and furniture trade, area30 offered us an ideal platform to not only show what the full range of our household appliances has to offer, but also to acquire new customers. With “Ideas you can rely on” serving as the slogan, we were able to present our major innovations in the field of built-in appliances and networked kitchens to both existing and new customers alike.
Personal discussions with kitchen retailers are the key element behind our desire to achieve perfection in development, production and sales. area30 is an annual highlight enabling us to have close contact with our customers and has proved once again to be indispensable for presenting our new arrivals as well as our product research.
We’ve already exhibited at area30 eight times now because the trade fair format has been very successful for us. We kicked things off on a high note last year with very good visitor numbers and were luckily able to improve on this in 2018. In our opinion, both exhibitors and visitors benefit equally from a top-class event.
One of our main concerns this year was to show retailers that kitchens are sold with emotion – and we succeeded in this endeavour, not only by taking the right actions but also by implementing an all-round successful trade fair presentation.
The area30 show is one of the most welcome events in our trade show calendar. Area30 has had a really positive influence on the development of our business.

For many years the kitchen industry has met in Ostwestfalen in the autumn. area30 offers all manufacturers who do not have a showroom an opportunity to present the newest trends and developments. The good logistical networking, the professional organisation and the abundance of interested exhibitors have made it an event that practically no kitchen retailer can ignore. As an exhibitor from the very start, area30 has always been an excellent platform for us to impress the numerous trade visitors with our product portfolio and the Lechner brand.
